Registration fees

Fees are in Euros (€) - V.A.T. 20% included. Invoice will be issued for every fee paid and mailed to your address.

Please note that, due to national tax regulation, the local Organizing
company is not able to collect any more AIS membership fees on behalf of the AIS.

Attendants who desire to register for ECIS as AIS members need to renew
or subscribe their AIS membership prior to registration to ECIS.

Payment

The fee must be paid in Euro (€) to Sistema Congressi by credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) or bank transfer. On-line payments are secured by Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

Please specify title of the Conference (Ecis 2009), your name and family name as a description of payment. Please note that all bank charges must be covered by remitter.

Personal or Company cheques will not be accepted. Please note that admission to the Conference cannot be guaranteed unless full payment has been received. Where payment is still pending or delayed, registrants will be asked to pay the outstanding amount upon arrival.
Invoice will be issued for any fee paid and sent to the address.


Registration Cancellation Policy and Refunds

Cancellation must be always confirmed in writing: don’t forget to include all your bank’s information.
Refund of fees, less € 50,00 for administrative charge, will be made for cancellations received before May 1st 2009. After this date, no refunds will be possible. Refunds will be paid after the Conference.


Visas for Non-EU Citizens

Citizens of certain countries may require a visa to enter Italy. Please refer to the Italian Department of Foreign Affairs website for further details: www.esteri.it/visti
ECIS 2009 cannot assist participants with their visa application process. Participants requiring a visa should ensure they allow sufficient time to complete the visa application process prior to the Conference.

HOW TO REGISTER ON LINE

First you need a Personal Identification Number and a Password to carry out your on line registration.
Please click the underneath link and fill the form to get your PIN.



Once you receive your PIN and Password by email follow the instructions you find in the email or click here



A LOG IN page will appear, where you will enter your PIN and PIN and Password.

What will then appear?
First, a summary of your personal data to be confirmed, then the REGISTRATION page where you will have to choose your registration fee
In the “INVOICING DETAILS” page, you are free not to write anything in the FISCAL CODE and VAT n° fields if you do not have any.
Upon completing the online registration form, a second e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address with the summary of the selected options and the total amount to be paid.
An invoice will be issued for every fee paid and mailed to your address.

After you completed your online registration, it will not be possible to access the online form again; changes can only be made by requesting them by email to
