Accommodation cancellation policy
Cancellation must be made in writing directly to the hotel and in copy to the hotel booking office, at least 16 days (by midnight Italian time) before your arrival.
Only in this case the 1st night?s will be not debit on credit card.
The penalty is the 1st night?s cost of each reserved room and will be charge on the credit. The hotel has the right to sell your room starting from 11 o?clock a.m. of the day after the non arrival if no indications from your part.
